There have been some changes to Hypnosis that may be fairly
confusing to those of you who fight members of the Serpentlord class.
In order to aid you, and aid newbies generally, I have removed the
restrictions in the HELP <skillname> command. Regardless of whether
you have a skill or not, you may now read the help on it. I suggest
you read HELP HYPNOSIS and think about what you should be prepared
for. I think you'll find that the new method is an interesting twist
on things.
