Some more changes were put in today from the player-submitted ideas on
the forums. The details are as follows:

- Successfully writing a letter or journal entry will now alert those in
your room of your return.

- You may now use STOP to cancel the decapitation of an adventurer
corpse.

- You may now easily switch between SIT and LIE'ing without standing.

- DOFF now requires you to be in possession of a hat.

- DIAGNOSE will now take no equilibrium when diagnosing an arena
participant while in the spectator stands.

- MARKWHO is now considered a safe command for implanting/uprooting
totems/other time-based skills.

- Bracers of Frost now allow the creation of icewalls when POINTed in
the direction you wish to raise one.

- KAI TRANCE will now only accumulate kai energy from those on the same
elevation as the monk.
