An inconsistency in the HELP THEFT and HELP FOOZLE/EGGHUNT/BANDERSNATCH
files has been amended. HELP THEFT previously stated that theft was not
permitted by or upon those participating in free-PK versions of those
worldgames, while the help files for the worldgames each stated that
theft was not permitted regardless whether the games were free-PK or
not. All files should now show the latter -- theft is NOT permitted,
whether the game is free PK or not, by or upon anyone participating in
those games.
