There is a new elixir, Frost, and a new salve, Mass that are in.
As usual, those with the skill of Concoctions will be able to
whip them up.

Frost provides you with some protection (not a massive amount)
against fire damage, while mass will, with a rather nasty side-effect,
prevent you from being yanked or hoisted.
