We have recently changed the rules regarding snub and harassment. Those
who snub frivolously, and then go out of their way to make contact with
the person they have snubbed can no longer claim any circumvention of
said snub to be harassment. This is somewhat subjective, but attacking
the person you have snubbed without cause, trying to steal from them, or
circumventing your own snub would fall under this provision.

No other rules relating to harassment or snub are changed by this.
