A few changes as discussed/requested by your classleads/combat council
and implemented by our excellent volunteer coder, Shaitan:

- Nightmare health has been dropped considerably.
- Daemonite health has been raised somewhat.
- Elementalism lightning and firelash have been changed to base their
damage off the target's max health, rather than the caster's max health as
was previously being done in error!
