Two new beneficial changes to tattoos:

1. Previously, you gained the ability to SUPERSCRIBE at Transcendant,
where you could ink 1 more tattoo on each slot. Now -- you still get
that, but you also get the ability to ink 1 more tattoo on your torso at
SKILLED, 1 more tattoo on your head at EXPERT, 1 more on your left leg
at FABLED, and 1 more on your right leg at MYTHICAL.

2. An additional benefit for Transcendant tattoos - you can now ink
tattoos on yourself faster.
