Credit Market - yet another change

We're changing the credit market again.
We've sought ways to reduce upward pressure on prices in the credit
market. We changed the credit market a couple of months ago so that
credit purchases from the market would arrive as bound credits. This had
the result of reducing speculation, but not a great effect on market
price levels.
GOLD: another of our strategies to reduce upward pressure on the credit
market is to price most things in gold, even expensive things like, say,
ships.
The recent introduction of ships appears to have had a rather
significant influcnce on the credit market.
We'll continue our long-standing policy of pricing at least some big
ticket items and exciting new offerings in gold, and hope to keep prices
lower by those means.
In the meantime, we're removing the change to the credit market. The
experiment is over! We found a much better way, and we'll stick with
that.
All credit market purchases will now remain unbound, effective a few
moments from the time of this announcement.
Penned by my hand on the 4th of Valnuary, in the year 462 AF.
