this makes your own journal resetting to you, and adds a nice
EX LIBRIS plate inside. Cost: 50 Credits.

- SELL DOOR

All three of these convert housing credits into bound credits.
The conversion is done at the same rate as the equivalent BUY
command. This must be done in the housing office in Delos.
