We've Woven things so that the movement bonus(es) that might
come from having an Armband of Celerity or being a Mhun -
these bonuses are optionally suppressed in worldgames/events.

If you see a worldgame/event (foozle, bandersnatch, egghunt,
and the like) starting, you can always check WG STATUS to
see if the Mhun/Celerity Bonus will function during it or
not (for event participants).
