- the end of an Aria should now be able to result in death,
if the circumstances are otherwise correct.
- village librarians should now have all proper authority.
(without having to join the village!)
- msg forward should now properly use msg balance.
- prelates should be able to suffix now.
- unowned, unpriced plots should appear consistently now
for ql, plot info, plots, etc.
- perceive will now clearly indicate when a place cannot be
imprinted, even if there is currently no grove present.
- bulk selling of commodities should now be possible again.
- Rufio (the vial buyer) has moved into New Thera proper,
and does know how to buy vials by id, so that something
like SELL 12345 TO RUFIO (or SELL VIAL123...) works.
