Newbies who are unable to walk due to paralysis or having both legs
damaged, if they use the PORTALS command, will automatically be
transported to Outside the Cave. This is so that they do not get stuck
at the Ring of Portals where those who might help them are unable to
reach them, as sometimes happened previously. If you see a hapless young
adventurer thus afflicted at Outside the Cave, please be kind. Thanks to
those who suggested this, and our horned volunteer coder for making this
happen.
