A message from your friendly administration about the current War in the
Underworld, which you know about by now if you've been keeping up on the
Events newsboard.

You know that the Underworld is a dangerous place where normal PK rules
are not in effect. Normally this means that anyone is open to attack in
the Underworld, and players are known to attack and kill other players
there for no reason other than that they are there and they can. While
this event is under way, those who are not participating in the event
must refrain from simply running around and indiscriminately killing
people. If you are actually participating and trying to kill people
working against your side, that's fine, that's actually meaningful. But
please don't take the current events, which are naturally drawing more
people to the Underworld, as a license to just run around and ruin other
people's attempts to participate in something interesting.
