CLAN LIST - the numbers there can sometimes change unpleasantly.
To help with this, I've added a couple of new clan commands:

CLAN UP #
CLAN DOWN #

For example, try CLAN UP 2.
The clan at 2 will swap with the clan at 1!

The order of clans in your list will not change, but the
numerics will, which can be helpful to those of you who
get stuck on CLT2 being a certain clan.
