A few more locations, or conditions, will mean that contracts
against you will take longer to expire:
- being in the Grove of Isolation
- being in Nirvana
- being in the Inferno
- being in any private home, in or out of subdivision
- being in the wilderness
- being phased

In any of these cases, if you are in the place, or in that
state, then contracts against you won't tick down towards
expiration.

Both being in a bed and being in arena were already in the
same group as above, and have not changed.
