Some serpents found they were able to milk into vials up
to 150 sips/uses, but pour up to 200. Pouring has been
limited to 150 now (non-artefact), and 200 otherwise,
to bring it in line with milking.

Manna should never have been pourable into other things,
and should now not be, even if it was!
