I've changed hugalaz (hailstorms) to deal cold damage instead of blunt
damage. This should prevent Troll stun from applying to hailstorms.

Also, you should not be able to follow anyone while off
equilibrium/balance, but there were a number of older abilities
(pathfinder entity, going through wormholes, etc) that allowed such
following. This should now be fixed.
