Earlier today, I had the pleasure of awarding the Staff of Nicator to
Jaizsur Ta'sa, who took home first place in EVERY Championship Game he
entered: the Bandersnatch, the Tumble Races, and the 2v2 Combat
Tournament, winning 36 championship points in total. Truly a feat
deserving of the Staff. Future Championship contenders will have much
towards which to strive, for Jaizsur has certainly raised the bar.

The Year 450 Championship Games may be over, but Year 450 is not! We
will continue to run smaller games such as egghunts and FFAs for gold
and other rewards through the rest of the year, and the City vs City CTF
and the Year 450 Land Auction are yet to come. We will also have Master
Riddles near the end of the year, as well as other surprise events.

The final Year 450 Championship standings were as follows:

FIRST: JAIZSUR, with 36 points.
2nd: Delphinus - 27 points.
3rd: Paine - 20.25 points.
4th: Jhui - 15 points.
5th: Veldrin - 12 points.
6th: Mendax - 11 points.
3-way tie for 7th-9th: Erhon, Mulkerrin, Platonus - 10 points.
3-way tie for 10th: Elenia, Mindshell, Rukimoro - 8 points.

The top ten listed above all received additional credit prizes. The
names of all who scored Year 450 Championship Points follow. All these
names mentioned in this post will also receive Year 450 commemorative
medallions.
