In my previous announcement about the beginning of Year 450, I noted
that the year would begin at roughly 0:00 GMT on May 6th, Sunday, as was
calculated by the DATE command at that time. However, due to the
vagaries of correspondence between OOC and IC time, that time can be
only approximate and becomes more specific as we get closer to the
actual date. As of this time, the New Year is approximated to begin
around 02:00 GMT on May 6th. (You can see this for yourself by issuing
the command DATE 1 SARAPIN 450.) Apologies to any of you that this
inconveniences. If you can make it, you will most definitely want to be
here at the turn of the New Year.
