Nothing has changed with deadeyes. It is the same as it has been
for a loooooong time. People have assumed things about caps,
limits, and the like. People have assumed things about balance
and race. You know what happens when you assume? Bad things.

Deadeyes is as it has been, unchanged. There is nothing new,
no upgrade or downgrade. Race makes as much a difference now
as it has for some time. Too bad about those assumptions. You
people!
