First, congratulations to Dji and Kupo for just recently being appointed
to fill the vacant classleads spots for Bards and Serpents,
respectively. If you are not familiar with the classleads program, HELP
CLASSLEADS may enlighten you.

Miscellaneous classleads/class abilities' related changes and fixes:
- Fixed old, confusing IMPALE bug with two people impaling each other,
or multiple people chain-impaling each other, which would result in one
person writhing causing another person to actually writhe off impale
with erroneous messages.
- Fixed BELL tattoo not working to detect demon mindread.
- You can now DEMON MINDREAD/SEAR/SYPHON OFF individually instead of
using DEMON REST. Will also do this for the corresponding angel
abilities at a later time.
- DEMON FEED and FURY no longer forceable.
- CHIVALRY LUNGE was tweaked after the initial changes, for higher
damage and faster balance recovery.
- DEATHAURA no longer affects phased/astralformed/blackwinded people.
- Deathaura also turns off automatically when you blackwind, now.
- BLACKWIND CHOKE now takes equilibrium if you use it on someone and
fail because the victim is holding breath.
- VENGEANCE no longer lets you re-activate (with essence loss) if
already active.
- DISEMBOWEL no longer takes racial balance modifiers into account,
defaulting instead to 3 second balance loss (other factors may still
affect that balance time).


Elsewise:
- CITY GUARDS are no longer vulnerable to critical hits.
- CONFIG TELLSOFFMSG is now an option. Enter 'config tellsoffmsg' alone
for the syntax.
