customised. Not all class loyals can be customised. See HELP
CUSTOMISATION for which can and which cannot.

Collaring means attaching the Collar of Lupus artefact to the
customised class loyal (or, vice versa: collaring the class
loyal and then customising it). See HELP ARTEFACTS OVERVIEW
for more details about the Collar of Lupus (which, if used,
means that your collared loyal will always return and will
never permanently die).
