First, I want to apologise for the crashes/"timewarps" we've had
recently. We do everything in our power for 100% uptime, and we hate to
miss that mark as much as you hate being booted unexpectedly.

Second, I want to let you know that we are working on isolating and
fixing the problem. All signs point so far to a Rapture networking
problem, and we will resolve it as fast as possible. Thank you all for your
