Damage increase icon bonus

Damage increasing Icon bonuses have changed. Instead of simply
increasing damage, they now allow a portion of the inflicted damage to
bypass armour/defs entirely. What portion depends on the strength of the
Icon.
The result should be that those with this bonus will be able to damage
opponents with lots of defs and high armour more effectively, but when
fighting opponents with little defs/weak armour, there won't be as much
of a bonus. The intent is to stop these bonuses from unbalancing combat
with too much damage (especially in combination with the Scimitar city
improvement which already does a flat damage bonus), yet keep them
useful. I will be watching to see what, if any, tweaking this change
requires.
Note: This change is against players only. Against denizens, the icon damage
bonus behaves exactly the same as before.
Penned by my hand on the 10th of Chronos, in the year 418 AF.
