We no longer allow gambling of lessons.

This is a change we've considered for some time. We're sorry
for any inconvenience it may cause, but it really is time.

We have had numerous adventurers approach us, telling us how
they lost everything and had no more hope for their lives in
Achaea. How many times I've listened to this story!

Yes, they gambled irresponsibly. Yes, they did it of their own
free will. And yet, they did it, and they've come to us over
and over asking for a refund, asking for their lessons back,
telling us they'll never do it again.

The blackjack and roulette dealers of the realms aren't
retiring. They just won't accept lessons any more.
