A fundamental change to targetting player names was just put in.
Previously, as an example, targetting MANU while Manuella and Manu were
both around could have undesirable results, such as hitting Manuella and
being unable to hit Manu. Same with Lyn and Lyndee and Lynch, Dji and
Djin, et cetera. Now, you must type MANUE if you want to target Manuella
in such a situation, while MANU will only target Manu.

If you want to target an exact match, put a period after the name of
your target. For example, typing "DECAY GLOR." with a period at the end
will make sure your decay will ONLY look for Glor, and not, for example,
Glorfindel (even if Glor is not around). Please BUG if you find any bugs
that seem related to this change to targetting players.
