not possess a skill. It still does not! And now, starting
first with about a dozen skills (soon to be all skills),
those who do not possess the specific ability will not be
able to see the full ability description.

- Oakstone Organisational log now records when members
voluntarily terminate membership.

- HOUSE CASTOUT can now be used on dormant members.
