I just wanted to remind you that we have a new way to keep track of
whether you've voted for Achaea recently or not that's helpful for those
loyal people who like to vote twice a day, every day for us.

CONFIG VOTING PROMPT will keep track of when you last voted (as long as
you are on Achaea when you do it) and will put a little 'vote' in your
prompt 13 hours after you last voted. It will also send you a
half-hourly reminder message until you vote. CONFIG VOTING ON will just
do the half-hourly reminder message when it's time for you to vote.

Thanks so much guys. I know voting is inconvenient sometimes, but we
really appreciate it. I know I vote twice a day, every single day.
