The PARTY is a sort of ad-hoc/informal group that can be created
at any time, with any members you choose to invite (assuming they
accept!), and that lasts as long as any member is in the realms
and has not withdrawn from the party through PARTY QUIT).

This works just like other communications channels. It has
a CONFIG COLOUR PARTYTELLS setting as well.
