yet again!

Aggressive action in the Plane of Nishnatoba will not raise
a person's infamy.

This is in addition to the other recent (and previously announce)
change - Icon areas are FREE PK. Cause is not created or used up
for any aggression or death due to actions undertaken in the
Plane of Nishnatoba.

Experience gains or losses related to pk combat are still in
full force in the Plane of Nishnatoba.
