New things, Changed things

Mydoin, the librarian in the new facility in New Thera has
recently announced the availability of parchment scrolls and
scrollcases.
The scrolls are cheaper than journals, may be titled, may be
written on by anybody until sealed, may be place in a library,
have one page only, and are sort of like unmailable preserved
letters.
The scrollcases are modelled on that of the Weaver. They hold
25 items of any kind, including scrolls.
Both are emblazonable.

In other news, flying inferno-ers may feel befouled from finding
that only inferno from the ground will do much but look impressive.
No discounting looking good! Just the facts. Try it and see!
Eagle-eyed (d)efenders and owners of the amazing shield of absorption
will find that health drain attacks do not appear to be blocked, while
still causing health loss. If the shield says it's protecting you,
it lies! But it shouldn't any more. NOt with this sort of attack
anyway.
Nobody can be forced to BRAND or ORDERBRAND any more. Cain had a
bad day.
Dance! Yes, dance the Minuet. Bards suffered for years with having
all sorts of fun exploits based on Minuet. When we first learnt of
their pain, of course we had a great deal to say about that. The
result? You can't do those exploits any more. Yes, we're protecting
you poor victims! Minuet should otherwise work as described.
Oh yes, back to inferno for a moment. The ab scroll is changed to
reflect what was already the case - those standing nearby do not
take damage from it in any event.
Penned by my hand on the 14th of Sarapin, in the year 403 AF.
