A new King of the Hill game for the arena was unveiled today! KOTH is a
team-based combat game where the objective is to secure the "Hill" in
the arena with a planted flag for a pre-set duration. It is similar to a
CTF, but in the arena, with several different rules. HELP KOTH will tell
you more.

In the first-ever debut game of KOTH, we asked for 2 volunteers from
each city, plus 2 cityless volunteers. They were divided up into 2 teams
of 7 players each. Carmell, Fen, Ryukishi, Aoelithon, Choronik,
Asteroth, and Leigh were on the Red Team. Tsavonglah, Gamdol, Geraint,
Shiro, Ayarei, Veldrin, and Dji were on the Blue Team.

Blue Team quickly managed to secure the Hill, and after some time, the
Flag as well. Having planted the Flag, they defended the Hill valiantly
from the Red Team's constant and unrelenting attacks. Despite the
tenacity of the Red Team, the Blue Team held on to their control over
the Hill and won the game!

Every member of the Blue Team received 100 credits for their victory in
this debut game. Every member of the Red Team received 25 credits for
their participation and steadfastness. Congratulations to them all.

We shall be running more King of the Hill games, though for smaller
prizes, so keep your eye out for a chance to play!
