I've overhauled just about all the files under HELP 8 to remove or
update references to guilds and the old class-gaining system. The
House-related help files aren't complete, and some aren't particularly
tidy, but my aim right now is to make them less confusing for newbies.
Many of them have undergone changes in name, so if you were used to HELP
GUILDEDIT before, please use HELP HOUSEEDIT now.

House Leaders may now use HOUSE HTLONG ON to use the House's long name
(Ty Beirdd instead of Tybeirdd, for example) on their HT.
