Some special items or loyals - fullplate, falcons, golems, beehives,
and snakes - can be customised within limits. These limits have been
expanded and clarified recently and may be found in an existing HELP
scroll - HELP CUSTOMISATION.

The general rule, explained more fully in the HELP scroll, is that
you must have a patron's consent and involvement, it is limited to
one time only per item type, and the customisation must be entirely
reasonable and natural to the item/loyal being customised.
