Houses which do not already have these class-based extras may now purchase,
at a very high initial cost PLUS an annual maintenance fee of 3% of the
original cost, these expansions to their House Estates:

Milking rooms: 3 million gp initial cost.
Pair of ourobori (for enchantment): 5 million gp initial cost.
Master Crystal: 8 million gp initial cost.

Houses may only possess one of each of these expansions. You can have
all three, but not more than one of each type.

Houses which already own these items from their previous incarnations as
guilds: you do not have to re-purchase them. However, in order to keep you
from having an unfair, infinite ongoing advantage over other Houses, you
WILL have to pay the annual maintenance fee, but ONLY IF you allow in
classes other than those related to the expansions you have. Stick with the
single class that is affected by your expansion that you keep, and you don't
have to pay anything. Multiclass, and you do. I will be in touch with those
this affects - as of this time, that's only 2 Houses.

Other types of class-based expansions are NOT being considered at this time.
