House Leaders can now HOUSE CONCEAL and HOUSE REVEAL a maximum of 2
House Positions. Doing this will allow only those HR5 and over in the
House to see those positions in HOUSE STRUCTURE, accommodating those
Houses who wish to have a degree of secrecy in their internal affairs.

On a related note, the bug with people being able to join a guild via
Certimene while in a House has been fixed.
