First, doing things like vial1757 will work again.
Second, pillbelts (soon to be renamed) can hold pills AND plant
leaves/berries/barks, etc now. Just INB/OUTB goldenseal/kuzu/whatever.

Third, a new plant is in, sileris. The berries from this plant,
which the Druids and Sentinels can harvest, can be applied by just
doing APPLY SILERIS. A few seconds afterwards, the juices of the berry
will harden into a waxy substance that will prevent a serpent-type
from biting you. Be warned, however, that serpent-types can now
bite you through shields (they're quick and agile enough to worm
their way through it).
