I'd like to give a bit more info on the class channels.

We see the class channels as something of a class-specific extension
of NEWBIE. It's mainly a place for newer folk to find a bit of help
at first. It can be a place for the guilded to gently suggest the
alternative of joining a guild, with advantages (but not a place to
force people into guilds with threats). It can be a place to get
your questions answered.

It is an IC channel, not OOC.

It is not a place for debates and bashing sessions between the
guilded and unguilded, please. You have the forums and you have
the news groups and other places for that.

Please pardon us as we try to get this all straight. We sincerely
appreciate the help almost all of you have given during this time
of transition. Most of you have been very tolerant and patient. We
will get it all right, with the help and support of you all, the
best players any game has anywhere!
