As promised, public enchantment rooms have been unveiled IN from the Crystal Caverns in Tasur'ke. A lovely lady there will also sell crystals at a price to those without access to a Master Crystal to refine.

Note that there is a flat gold cost associated with each use of a public ouroboros.
