- You may now send mail from Delos, at the Post Office of Delos. It is
just SW from Outside the walls of the Matsuhama Arena.
- All cities should now find at least 2 candles for sealing wax being
sold at their main shop for provisions. Excluding one that already sold
sealing wax elsewhere.
