Sorted out CRYSTALHOME a bit --

- No longer see someone leaving the room via crystalhome when he/she was
flying/in trees and you were on the ground.
- Crystalhoming while flying above water now works as it should, doesn't
tell you to SWIM ETHER.
- Crystalhoming while ON water also works consistently now as well.

- Using crystalhome OR the newbie PORTALS command while up in the trees
no longer makes you fall out of nonexistent trees at your destination.
