Two significant changes have come in just now:
- decay times have been adjusted again, being reduced anywhere
from about 1/4 to somewhat more than that, depending on the
precise material involved. The very durable materials were giving
overall decay times on the order of 5 RL years. The maximum decay
period should be more on the order of 2-3 RL years now, which is
PLENTY long, no?

- You may now move (RELOCATE) furniture that you have placed.
