We were having problems with credits being delivered immediately the
last couple days (sometimes resulting in many hours between ordering and
actually getting them) that apparently resulted from email problems with
our credit card processor. That seems to be fixed now. If anyone ordered
credits and didn't get them though, please let me know by emailing
