Trespassing PK rules change

Previously, it was against the PK rules to defend any room/area that was
not a grove or private/group property such as a subdivision house,
guildhall, order temple, or city. This meant that certain rooms/areas
that fell outside of these borders (as they could not be said to be
OWNED by any adventurer(s)) could not be defended within the PK rules,
even though context may have called for it. These rooms/areas included
such contextually sacrosanct places such as Nirvana and the Inferno.
A change to the PK rules has been made, and a new type of property has
been defined called "interest property". HELP PKCAUSE Section 9 has the
fine print. In summary, those who possess a skill which allows them to
access such properties, which are not accessible by normal means such as
walking, have the right to defend those properties from those who do
not. By "possess the skill", please do not misunderstand -- we mean a
skill designed to specifically take one there such as refuge, not a
general-purpose travelling skill such as sonicportals or vodun travel.
Other than Nirvana and the Inferno, the Chaos Plane and Grove of
Isolation are two other major areas affected by this change, so please
take note, all concerned! Please forward any concerns, complaints, or
questions about the change via messages to me.
Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Lupar, in the year 386 AF.
