Denizen combat

Denizens that are loyal to a city that see denizens of an allied city
attacked will now jump to their allies aid, just as they would if they
were from the same city.
Tomorrow (Monday), I'll be putting in the ability for allied mobs to
defend the territory (ie auto-attack enemies) of their allies. And then
on Tuesday, we're going to be actively resuming the Vertani plot. I do
apologize for the delay, but we just didn't anticipate needing these
systems. As I've posted on the forums, we intentionally didn't plan this
plot out in order to avoid any particular mindset as to where things
were going. We've ended up having to put in a lot of new systems to
support it, and again, I'm really sorry for the OOC-motivated delay to
the Vertani activity.
Penned by my hand on the 21st of Scarlatan, in the year 385 AF.
