- for those new to our realms and selecing races, selecting an
invalid race name will result in a much more understandable message.

- grove watch will now no longer show various weather messages as many
as three times to the watcher.

- 2 ponies may now be found where 2 ponys formerly stood.

- Purchasing multiple tarot decks will no longer appear so odd.

- Multiple references to Jewelers have been expunged.
(in favour of Jewellers, of course!)

- the entities command will no longer fail so oddly.

- SEWn items will now have the tailor's mark rather than appearing
to be loyal to some random denizen of the realms.

- Help related to the races now is consistent, no matter whether the
race name is given in singular or any reasonable form of plural
(thus, HELP HORKVAL, HELP HORKVALS, and HELP HORKVALI all provide
the same results).

- Confusion about the CHAT command should now end - hapless newbies
were attempting to use it, and being informed that it had been
removed/disabled. It's been gone long enough! Now the related
commands just don't do anything, except of course to provide any
of a number of witty responses.

- Rampages will no longer be started by such oddities as a pile of
golden sovereigns.

- The few odd denizens that steadfastly refused to return to their
posts on schedule (whether in shame or laziness, we do not know)
have been reprimanded and will return to their normal schedules.
