allow messaging. Yes, you can send a message in pretty much the
usual way, direct to Hingar.

Of course Hingar is terribly busy, and may not always respond,
but that's true of all truly busy folks, now isn't it?

Since this is a new service, it is offered at a premium: each
message will cost the sender 100 gold.

Do be gentle on Hingar. Remember, he can read the public news
posts just as well as you. And he is active within the realms
sometimes, as a good diplomat should be, making friends and so
forth.
