Well, we're not quite sure how it's happened, but as I mentioned
earlier, mail from us is bouncing from AOL, who has been 100% useless in
helping resolve the issue. We have gotten no response from them despite
multiple attempts to get them to pay attention. We may have having
trouble with hotmail and yahoo addresses now too.

We suspect that somehow, someone has been using us to send spam. Of
course, AOL has a method by which you're alerted everytime one of their
users reports mail from you as spam, and we have yet to be alerted of a
single instance of this, which leads me to believe that it may be
incompetence on someone else's end.

We're working to sort this out and apologize for anyone who hasn't
received an email reply from support or whatnot. There's nothing we can
do until these idiots at AOL and such respond to us.
