In the past, free PK egghunts meant worldwide free PK, mainly because
there was no perfect way to tell who was participating in an egghunt and
who was not.

Since recent changes now allow you to choose to JOIN an egghunt and see
the names of those in the hunt in a different colour, there is no more
reason to be attacking people who have not explicitly chosen to
participate. So please note this change in policy: in free PK egghunts,
ONLY those who have joined the event are free PK.
