Licensed Master Shopkeepers, long known as the pre-eminent purveyors
of products for people of pride and puissance, have had their panoply
of options improved as follows:

- shopkeepers can now always see all bins they create, even if not
themselves members of a restricted group
- BUY [howmany] item[####] CODE <secretcode> is now fully available
to the general public in all places where it is used by leading
shopkeepers.
